We schedule dogs 1 on 1, so timely arrival is very important. At check in, we’ll confirm services, greet your pup, and provide an estimated pickup time

Full service appointments receive a pickup call about 30 minutes before completion. For nail trims and Freshen Ups we ask that you stay near, so your pup can go home with you immediately. Prompt pickup helps us keep every appointment running smoothly

Frequently asked questions
Do you groom anxious dogs?
Absolutely! Our salon is designed with anxious pets in mind. We groom 1-on-1 and ensure we keep a calm quiet enviorment for the dogs.
What if my dog is matted?
Matted coats are extra work for us and your pup. Severe or pelted matting may require a close shave, which will incur a surcharge based on the severity and the dog's size. We will talk you through this and confirm a plan before we do anything. We will always prioritize your dog's comfort over vanity. However, we are happy to help you work towards your dream look and come up with a plan after the matting is removed.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on breed, coat type, temperament, size, and desired services. Our Pricing guide may be able to provide you with a rough estimate, but please contact us for a quote.
Do you groom cats?
We groom cats on a case-by-case basis. Well-mannered cats are always welcome. Please contact for a quote.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for canceled appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the appointment fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. The fee is applied when you rebook your next appointment, not at the time of cancellation. Last-minute openings are difficult to fill, and this helps offset the revenue loss for us as a small family run business.
How often should I bring my dog in?
Most dogs should be on a 4-8 week schedule for grooming to maintain ultimate skin, coat, and nail health. We wil help you come up with a schedule and get you rebooked at the end of your appointment.
How long will a groom take?
We groom dogs 1-on-1 from start to finish. This means that every dog gets done at their own pace. Based on coat type, temperament, and what services you'd like, this can change dog to dog. For baths and haircuts; can give you a more accurate time idea when booking.
Nail Trims or Anal Gland appointments take about 5-10 minutes.
Freshen up appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes.
Do you take dogs on anxiety meds?
Yes. However, we require that the dog has had the medication at home at least once before grooming. Some dogs can have reactions, and for the safety of your dog and staff, your dog must have a trial run at home first to ensure they react well.
What vaccines do you require?
We require Rabies and Distemper. However, we also strongly encourage the Bordetella vaccine.
Dogs with medical exemptions MUST provide a recent vet note.
*Please note that a rabies tag is NOT proof of vaccination as it does not have the expiration date on it. We require vet paperwork as proof of vaccination.
Can I stay during my appointment?
We do not offer stay-and-watch grooming. This is for the safety of your dog and others. Most dogs will settle faster once their person is out of sight. However, we are happy to provide you with text updates, and if anything comes up, we will call you immediately.
